
LONDON-British Land has unloaded seven foodstores to institutional buyers for GBP 118 million. The company sold Tesco in Wembley for GBP 61.9 million to Orchard Street's private clients and Sainsbury's in Leicester for GBP 21.7 million to Sainsbury's.
CBRE Global Investors' clients bought Sainsbury's in Chadwell Heath for GBP 19.2 million, Waitrose in Frimley for GBP 9.6 million and Aldi in Gorton for GBP 3.2 million.
