JESSUP, MD-Giant Food has listed its former dry goods warehouse facility on Assateague Drive in Jessup for sale. The 760,000-square-foot complex sits on 60 acres of land in the Maryland Wholesale Food Center.
Giant owns the dry goods facility, but in 2011, the company outsourced its operation to Jessup Logistics LLC, an affiliate of New Hampshire-based C&S Wholesale Grocers. The industrial facility has parking area for nearly 500 cars and more than 340 trailers. For the full story, go to Baltimore Sun .
