LONDON-Henderson Global Investors' Property Business has obtained planning permission to redevelop its properties at Bishops Court in London for its Central London Office Fund I. Bishops Court, which currently contains 53,555 square feet of office and ancillary accommodation, was previously leased to HSBC Insurance Holdings Ltd.
The permitted scheme, situated at the corner of the Spitalfields Market site, will include a new 77,209-square-foot mixed-use building with a Grade A office accommodation, a penthouse office accommodation and three retail units. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
