CHAPEL HILL, NC-The Chapel Hill Town Council has approved applications for the planned Charterwood project at 1641 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. The plan, proposed by developer Bill Christian, will include approximately 278,000 square feet of space.
The Charterwood development will come up on a 15.7-acre site and will include 134 to 154 residential units, 18,000 to 27,000 square feet of retail, 27,000 to 40,000 square feet of office space and a 5,000-square-foot bank. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
