
NEW YORK CITY-Dr. Martens, a British footwear brand, has inked a 6,200-square-foot lease in a building located at 868 Broadway. As per the 10-year lease, the company will occupy a 1,700-square-foot storage basement, a 2,000-square-foot ground floor space, and a 2,500-square-foot second floor space, which will be utilized as an office and showroom. Asking rents in the neighborhood are hovering around $300 per square foot.
