HONOLULU-According to landlord Howard Hughes Corp., Pier 1 Imports and Nordstrom Rack will open stores at the second phase of the Ward Village Shops complex, which is currently under construction. Pier 1 Imports Inc. will take up a 12,688-square-foot space in the new retail center spanning 57,000 square feet. Nordstrom Rack will occupy a two-level space measuring 45,000 square feet at the center.
