DALLAS-N3 Real Estate based in Southlake paid $25 million to buy an eight-property retail portfolio totaling 172,329 square feet in Texas. St. The company used its retail development investment fund valued at $250 million for this acquisition. Ives Realty based in Dallas was the seller of the retail properties. The properties are situated in Sweetwater, Red Oak, Weatherford, Herford, Dumas, and Alamo.
