LEIPZIG, GERMANY-DEVK Allgemeine Lebensversicherungs-AG has acquired Trias, an office and commercial tower in downtown Leipzig, from HOCHTIEF Solutions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The joint project, being executed by the HOCHTIEF Solutions branches, Building PPP Erfurt and formart Leipzig, has approximately 68,135 square feet of rental area.
The Trias building will come up on the junction of Markgrafenstrasse and Martin-Luther-Ring. Construction is scheduled to be completed in Q1 2014. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
