SAN DIEGO-Santee-based EagleBurgmann EJS has inked a $12.5-million deal for a build-to-suit industrial building in Lakeside. The company has signed the lease deal for 15 years with Lakeside Land Co. Inc. for the 70,158-square-foot industrial facility at River Run Business Park, near Riverside Drive.
CoStar Group reported that the construction will start in Q1 2013 and EagleBurgmann will move into the building in Q3. Kenneth D.
