NEW YORK CITY-La Perla has signed a lease for 1,600 square feet of space at 430-434 W. Broadway and Staff USA has also inked a lease for 3,600 square feet of space to manage a Just Cavalli store. Asking rent was $400 per square foot.
The property is owned by the Laboz family, United American Land. Fandel Retail Group's Victor Fandel represented La Perla and Isaacs and Co.'s Joel Isaacs represented Staff USA, while RKF's Karen Bellantoni represented the landlord. For the full story, go to New York Post .
