CHICAGO-The Wirtz family is preparing for a $25-million renovation of its office tower at Wacker Drive and Michigan Avenue in order to attract retail and office tenants. Chicago-based Wirtz Corp. is the owner of the Art Deco tower at 333 N. Michigan Ave.
