PORTLAND, OR-ScanlanKemperBard Co., a real estate investment firm based in Portland, and Wayzata Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in Minneapolis, have bought CH2M Hill Center in downtown Portland. The partners acquired the former Parkside Center at 2020 S.W. Fourth Ave.

The office building, measuring 220,000 square feet, was sold by Oregon Pacific Capital Management Co., which bought the building for $12.3 million in 2000.
