
NEW YORK CITY-The city has selected Dunn Development Corp. to develop four city-owned parcels in East New York, Brooklyn, to create a mixed-use community as part of the Livonia Avenue Initiative. The Brooklyn-based developer plans to build 270 low-income rental apartments, 21,000 square feet of community space and approximately 11,000 square feet of retail space.
