
HOUSTON-Mockingbird Bistro's owner, Chef John Sheely has inked a 4,000-square-foot lease at BBVA Compass Plaza, a 22-story office building being constructed on a 6.5-acre site at 2200 Post Oak Blvd. Moreover, creator of Hugo's Restaurant on Westheimer, Hugo Ortega is planning to lease an 8,000-square-foot space to launch an eatery in the tower. A joint venture of Redstone Cos. and Stream Realty Partners is the developer of the project.
