
CHICAGO-The lower 12 floors of the Pittsfield Building, a 38-story tower in Chicago, are up for sale. Marcello Campanini and John Slivka of CBRE Inc. have been tapped to sell approximately 166,000 square feet of space in the landmark skyscraper at 55 E. Washington St.
A venture of Robert Danial, a Miami Beach, Florida-based investor, purchased the entire building in 2000 for $15 million, according to Cook County records. Danial sold 13 through 21 floors in 2008 for $23 million to Skokie-based Alter Group. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
