BALTIMORE-The asset manager of the 10 Light St. office tower in downtown Baltimore is hoping to make decision soon whether to sell or develop the building. When Miles & Stockbridge PC moves out from 10 Light St. next year, most of the 360,000-square-foot building will become vacant.

The property, also called the Bank of America building, is owned by Ten Light Street LLC. Rockville-based Nellis Corp. is the asset manager and is studying possibilities for modifying or selling the 37-story building. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
