
COLOGNE, GERMANY-Peakside Capital, a real estate private equity firm, has sold the Opernpassagen building in Cologne on behalf of the Gustav Group. The buyer of the building was a private investor. The 226,042-square-foot facility comprises office, storage and retail space.
The building was originally bought in 2007 and since then it has been redeveloped to accommodate office, storage and retail space as well as over 550 parking spaces. Olswang advised Peakside on the deal, while BNP and CBRE acted as brokers. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
