
SAN JOSE, CA-Swift Realty Partners has paid $10 million to buy a San Jose office building from the charitable real estate unit of the Silicon Valley Community Foundation. In the deal, CBRE's Mark Schmidt and Rob Shannon brokered for the seller, while the buyer was represented by Todd Husak and Tom Taylor, also with CBRE. The three-floor office building developed by The Sobrato Organization is totally vacant.
