LYON, FRANCE-The Caisse des Depots Group and STAM have sold the Adenine office building at 60 Avenue Rockefeller in Lyon's eighth arrondissement for EUR 17.8 million. The 74,238-square-foot office building, located within the Lyon's Bioparc area, was sold for Perial group.
The buyer was the SCPI PFO2. The building, developed in 2007, is fully leased to eight tenants, including Erytech, MACSF and MGEN. Savills advised Caisse des Depots Group and STAM in the deal. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
