COOL SPRINGS, TN-The Tennessean reported that The Lionstone Group, based in Houston, has the Carothers Building in Cool Springs under contract. The newspaper stated that the purchase price of the office building, measuring 500,000 square feet, is approximately $100 million. The deal is yet to be closed.
J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. is the owner of the building. Current tenant in the building include Community Health Systems, Cybera, Ford Motor Credit and Nissan. The building reached sales block earlier this summer. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
