LONDON-Mercer Real Estate Partners and Peakside Capital have confirmed the Playtech's office lease at 80 Hammersmith Road. Playtech has leased 13,850 square feet at the six-story building situated in the center of Hammersmith.
Under the terms of the deal, the tenant will take two floors of the Hammersmith Road building, which contains 41,700 square feet of office space.
