ATLANTA-Sovran Self Storage Inc., a real estate investment trust based in Buffalo, has expanded its self-storage portfolio. The REIT has acquired nine self-storage facilities for a total amount of $54.7 million. The majority of the facilities are located in the South, including one in Raleigh, North Carolina, three in Jacksonville, Florida and four in Atlanta.
