WEST BEND, WI-A Boston Store-anchored retail center in West Bend has come under a new ownership. Madison-based Ascendant Holdings LLC has acquired West Bend Corporate Center, a 150,000-square-foot property, for $11.5 million from the Ripp family based in Hales Corners. The center is situated at the southwest edge of the intersection of West Paradise Drive and Highway 45.
