CHICAGO-Engineered Recycling Co. LLC has leased roughly 54,000 square feet of space in an industrial facility in Chicago. The Charlotte, North Carolina-based company signed the lease deal in the industrial building measuring approximately 800,000 square feet at 4100 W. 76th St. to open a plastic recycling facility there.
