GERMANTOWN, WI-Hainbuch America Corp. Workholding Technology is moving its operation from Mequon to Germantown. The company will relocate from a 6,000-square-foot structure at 10541 N. Commerce St. to an approximately 15,000-square-foot building at W129N10980 Washington Drive.
Hainbuch bought the Germantown facility from BVD Properties LLC for $1.1 million. D&B Industrial Floor Coatings Inc. built the facility in 2008. NAI MLG Commercial negotiated the deal on behalf of both the seller and the buyer. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee .
