WICHITA, KS-Colby Sandlian, a real estate investor, has bought River Park Place, an 85,343-square-foot office building located at the southwest corner of Murdock and Waco in downtown Wichita. The building's gross square footage is 102,000.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the building, located 727 N. Waco, was listed with an asking price $6.2 million. Sandlian bought the building from Tomorrow 32 River Park LP.
