NEW YORK CITY-The Meatpacking District structure that houses Pastis is slated for a redevelopment along with the adjoining property. William Gottlieb Real Estate, the owner of 406 W. 13th St. and 9-11 Ninth Ave., has partnered with Aurora Capital Associates to refurbish and expand the buildings into an office and retail property comprising 108,000 square feet.
