BALTIMORE-Abrams Development Group is breaking ground on two office structures at Columbia Gateway in Columbia. The two new buildings will complete the Eastridge Corporate Center, a three-building complex at 6811-6831 Benjamin Franklin Drive. The three buildings, totaling 170,100 square feet, will comprise 56,700 square feet each.

The first building, which was completed in 2008 on a speculative basis, is 90% leased. Cassidy Turley is the leasing agent for the Eastridge Corporate Center. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
