TAMPA, FL-Houston-based real estate investment firm, American Spectrum Realty Inc. has acquired two self-storage facilities in Florida for an undisclosed price. The two-property portfolio comprises 776 storage units totaling 100,000 square feet. One property, located at 1108 Skipper Road in Tampa, has been operated by American Spectrum under the brand name of 1st American Storage. Other facility is situated in Ocala.
