
CHICAGO-Eckenhoff Saunders Architects' co-founders have employed Cushman & Wakefield Inc. to find tenants for a new eight-story office building they are planning to construct on the site of the firm's West Loop headquarters. The new 150,000-square-foot tower will be built at 700 S. Clinton St. and will include retail space on the ground floor and 57 indoor parking spaces.
