CHANDLER, AZ-San Diego-based Douglas Allred Co. has recently started construction on a speculative office project in Chandler where construction of the Infusionsoft facility is getting completed. The new office building measuring approximately 69,000 square feet is the recent addition to Allred Park Place in the Price Road Corridor.
The two-story building is expected to be completed by May 2013. Mesa-based Willmeng Construction is the general contractor and Phoenix-based Balmer Architectural Group is the architect. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
