DENVER-Griffis Residential has completed its third apartment complex purchase this year. The company's David Birnbaum, Ian Griffis and Tom Barta paid $29.2 million for the Pinnacle at the Creek in Centennial. The 216-unit complex is located at 6107 South Parker Road.
The seller was San Francisco-based JP Morgan/BRE Properties Inc. The new owners are planning to spend over $1.5 million in capital improvements. Mountain States Moran & Company's Pam Koster brokered the deal along with David Martin. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
