PITTSBURGH-The Waterfront, a shopping center spanning the three boroughs of Homestead, Munhall and West Homestead, has come under new ownership. A partnership between Chicago-based M&J Wilkow Ltd. and BIG Shopping Centers USA has bought 765,000 square feet of retail space at the mixed-use development.

Details of the deal were not revealed, but county records showed that the joint venture the bought the property for more than $112 million. DDR Corp. bought the project in 2007 for $160 million. For the full story, go to Pittsburgh Business Times .
