GRAND PRAIRIE, TX-Restoration Hardware Holdings Inc. is preparing to construct a $22-million distribution center in Grand Prairie. The California-based company will use the new distribution facility measuring 850,000 square feet as its southwest regional distribution hub.
The company has plans to create at least 10 jobs at the center. The developer of the project is W.R. Pioneer Parkway LLC. This development will be one of the largest industrial deals this year in North Texas. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
