
PORTSMOUTH, UK-The first phase of Grainger's Berewood housing scheme has been sold to Bloor Homes. An 11.2-acre site, sold by Grainger, has planning permission for 194 new homes. Bloor Homes will start construction in November and complete the first homes in spring 2013.
The Berewood development is situated in Waterlooville, Hampshire, and will include 2,550 new homes, offices, retail, two new pubs and two new schools. Robert Adam with ADAM Architecture has designed the first phase of the project. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
