NEW YORK CITY-A Swedish discount retailer is taking the former ESPN Zone spot at 4 Times Square. Hennes & Mauritz AB has reached a deal with the Durst Organization to lease 42,500 square feet on three floors at the 48-story tower at 42nd Street and Broadway.
The chain also recently inked a 57,000-square-foot lease at 48th Street and Fifth Avenue. Besides the retail space, H&M will have two signs placed at the street level and four signs near the uppermost portion of the tower. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal .
