MT. JULIET, TN-The Tennessean reported that Brentwood-based CPS Land is preparing for a mixed-use project near the Providence community in Mt. Juliet. The project, named Providence Central, will comprise residential, retail and corporate offices.
CPS Land's sister company Land Innovations Inc. is coordinating the 270-acre project. Developers are planning to submit their plans next month to the Mt. Juliet Planning Commission.
