FRANKFURT-A fund co-advised by AEW Europe and Tristan Capital Partners has sold the Karstadt department store in Frankfurt's Zeil shopping area. EPI has sold the 478,046-square-foot retail property for EUR 115 million.
A Germany-based housing company was the buyer. EPI bought the flagship Karstadt store in 2006 along with the Alsterhaus in Hamburg. PBG in Frankfurt was AEW Europe and Tristan's local partner in the deal. Jones Lang LaSalle was the marketing agent. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
