MEMPHIS-Fielder Square, a 361-unit apartment complex in Memphis, has reached sales block. Heritage Properties Inc. has tapped the Southeast Multifamily Investment Sales group at Jones Lang LaSalle to market the multifamily property at 70 South Fourth Street.
According to commercial real estate sources, the apartment community overlooking AutoZone Park could fetch between $40 million and $45 million.
