CHICAGO-IES Abroad, a nonprofit based in Chicago, has leased a 27,816-square feet space at a 28-floor tower situated at 33 W. Monroe Street for nearly 11 years. Studley Inc.'s Lisa Davidson, Tiffany Winne and James Stein negotiated the lease for the 23rd floor space on behalf of the tenant, which currently occupies a 28,566-square-foot space at 33 N. LaSalle Street.
