HYATTSVILLE, MD-The Washington Post reported that Resource Real Estate, the new owner of Plaza Lofts 22 in Prince George's County, will auction off condos on October 28. Staring bids for the condos at Plaza Lofts 22 will range from $135,000 to $245,000.
The high-end condominium project is situated beside One Independence Plaza. Resource, headquartered in Philadelphia, bought unsold units in the two developments at University Town Center from financial service provider Wells Fargo. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
