DUNDALK, MD-The Baltimore office of Colliers International has negotiated the sales of two apartment communities. The Ruxton Township Apartments in Ruxton was purchased by Ruxton Place LLC for a price of $3 million. The 24-unit complex is located at 1600 Ruxton Road. The Keyway Apartments, a two-story apartment complex in Dundalk, was acquired by Keyway Management LLC for $2.6 million. The property comprises 64 one-bedroom units.
