
BEVERLY HILLS, CA-Clarion Partners has snapped up an office building in Beverly Hills. The real estate investment manager paid $80 million for the building spanning 120,000 square feet at 100 N. Crescent Drive.
The four-story building, previously called the Clarity Building, opened in the Golden Triangle of Beverly Hills in 1989. It features a 100-seat screening room along with a separate entrance to host entertainment and media events and a three-level parking structure.
