CHICAGO-Musa Tadros, president of Frankfort-based Crown Commercial Real Estate & Development Inc., has hired New York-based Cushman & Wakefield Inc. to find tenants for the 456,441-square-foot office building at 105 W. Adams St. Since Tadros is currently focusing on a redevelopment at 168 N. Michigan Ave., Cushman & Wakefield has been awarded the leasing assignment.
The 41-story office tower is 82% leased. Cushman's leasing team, which includes Steven Holmberg, Barbara Schenberg and Teddy Walsh, will handle leasing at 105 W. Adams. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
