NEW YORK CITY-Fastbreak Kids is opening a new location on the Upper East Side. The company has recently leased 7,400 square feet of space at 1629 First Ave. from the Kibel Cos. Asking rent for the 10-year deal, which includes a 5,000-square-foot basement, a 1,500-square-foot mezzanine and 900 square feet on the ground level, was near $43 per square foot.
