
WASHINGTON, DC-The General Services Administration is negotiating a deal to take the remaining vacant space in Constitution Center, a 1.4-million-square-foot building at 400 Seventh St. SW. The agency is planning to share 358,000 square feet of space in the office building to the National Endowment for the Humanities, National Endowment for the Arts and the Federal Trade Commission.
Landlord David Nassif Associates spent $220 million to renovate the building for federal tenants. MetLife is in talks to purchase Constitution Center for roughly $750 million. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
