CHICAGO-A joint venture that includes Chevy Chase, Maryland-based Artemis Real Estate Partners LLC has bought an assisted living and memory care property in New Lenox in a court-ordered sale. The joint venture paid $9.8 million for the five-building, 100-bed community at 1023 S. Cedar Road. Chicago-based Focus Healthcare Partners LLC is Artemis' partner in the deal.
