ARLINGTON, TX-A Canadian investor has picked up two apartment communities in Arlington. Vancouver-based Pure Multi-Family REIT LP acquired the Springmist and Sunset Point apartments on Randy Snow Road. The two apartment communities, which comprise 408 units, are 97% occupied.
HFF LP arranged $15.97 million in financing for the acquisition through Freddie Mac. So far, Pure Multi-Family REIT has spent more than $69 million to acquire over 1,000 apartment units in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
