SACRAMENTO-Atlanta-based Apartment Realty Advisors has brokered the sale of two capital-area apartment complexes for a combined $58.8 million. An Oregon-based private investor has bought the 236-unit Pinnacle at Galleria situated on the other side of Westfield Galleria at Roseville from a San Francisco-based REIT.
In the second deal, Oakmont Properties has purchased the 188-unit Waterford Cove in the Pocket neighborhood from San Mateo-based GW Williams Co. At the time of closing, both apartment properties were 94% occupied. For the full story, go to Sacramento Business Journal .
