LOS GATOS, CA-Rinconada Court Apartments, an apartment complex consisting of 41 units in Los Gatos, has been sold for $12.4 million or $301,829 per apartment to an undisclosed local private investor. The seller was also a local private investor. The sale is marked as one of the highest per-unit price apartment deal signed in the county in 2012. Marcus & Millichap's Michael Henshaw brokered the deal for the seller.
